Hi Tech Era Inc. (HTE), was founded and incorporated by Hrand Avanessian in 2008. HTE provides engineering services for MEP, Power System Studies, Industrial, Utility Projects, Environmental, renewables, as well as Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects.
